Bringing your current numbers over is a port. Your existing service keeps working until each number switches, so there is no gap in coverage. Porting is mostly paperwork, and it goes fastest when you have the right details ready.

Before you start, gather

  • A recent bill from your current carrier
  • The account number and any account PIN or passcode
  • The authorized account holder name and service address
  • The exact list of numbers you want to move
Start a port from your dashboard or the port-in page. We file the request after checkout and keep you posted as each number transfers.
Do not cancel your old service early. Keep your current carrier active until the port completes. Cancelling first can release the number back to the carrier pool and stall the transfer.
