Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed twelve months upfront at a lower per-line rate, which works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you end an annual plan before the term is up, you keep service through the end of the current billing period. We give at least 30 days notice before changing pricing for new terms. The full legal text lives in the Terms of Service.
